Erisa Gjini

Erisa Gjini is an attorney at Jakubowski Robertson Maffei Goldsmith & Tartaglia LLP, where she handles personal injury cases, commercial litigation, and municipal defense matters. Known for her trial advocacy and results-driven approach, she aggressively represents clients to achieve fair compensation and favorable outcomes.

Erisa began her career at Barker Patterson Nichols LLP, gaining valuable experience in medical malpractice defense strategies and case evaluation. She went on to be a trial attorney at Siben & Siben LLP, representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters and developing extensive courtroom experience.

While earning her Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, Erisa externed for the Honorable Judge James Hudson in the Suffolk County Supreme Court – Commercial Division, gaining hands-on experience in complex commercial litigation. She also held the position of American Bar Association Representative for the Student Bar Association and worked in the Bankruptcy Clinic, assisting low-income clients with legal matters. Erisa earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a concentration in Legal Studies and a minor in Criminal Law, from Monmouth University.

Admitted to practice in the courts of New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, Erisa is a member of the Suffolk County Women’s Bar Association and is bilingual in Albanian and English, enabling her to serve a diverse client base with skill and dedication.
